If you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased, you are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Notification Period: You must request a refund within 15 days of your purchase.
- Course Access: You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content. This ensures that the course remains largely unused.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@academicmasterclass.com within 15 days of your purchase with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your request, we will review your case. If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
- Completed Courses: If you have completed more than 25% of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Multiple Refunds: If you request refunds for multiple courses frequently, we reserve the right to review your account for potential abuse of this policy.
Consumer Rights
As a customer within the European Union, you have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive:
- Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of our online courses within 14 days without providing any reason. However, this right does not apply once you have accessed more than 25% of the course content.
- Digital Content: By purchasing our online courses, you acknowledge and agree that you lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content (the course) is delivered and more than 25% of it is accessed, as per Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
